Our room with a private pool was absolutely amazing, and the main pool also offered an incredible view. The cleanliness and quietness of the hotel, along with the room service and turn down service, added to the overall experience. The hotel's location, just a short drive away from the center of town, was convenient, and the free shuttle service provided was a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make my boyfriend's birthday special, with a personalized birthday surprise on the bed. we highly recommend Kayon Valley Resort for a fantastic stay.

Surrounded by lush jungle, our private villa was a dream! The spacious room had a huge bath and a separate shower. The outdoor terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, and dining area was a fantastic addition. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and afternoon tea on the terrace, with breathtaking views. Another highlight was the large swimming pool, where we could have a peaceful swim in the morning. The staff provided excellent service and the free shuttle to the city center was very convenient.

While the hotel was beautiful, we did encounter a few issues. We experienced a shortage of hot water for our bath, which was a bit disappointing.

Although the resort is situated in a stunning natural setting, it is located a bit further outside of Ubud. This meant that it was necessary to rely on transportation to get into the city center.
